EQ 360: Workplace Assessment
The EQ 360: Workplace Assessment includes the feedback of all raters and the participant's self-report. This report will consist of a one-page overview outlining your results on 15 competencies and analyzing the individual's responses directly compared to their raters' responses. The gap analysis indicates the areas where there is a high versus a low level of agreement between the individual and their raters, and it highlights potential blind spots for review.

The EQ 360: Leadership Assessment is the most comprehensive way of examining a leader's emotional intelligence and provides an in-depth look at the individuals' strengths and areas to develop through a leadership lens. Completing this assessment will identify the importance of emotional and social functioning as it applies to various aspects of individuals' leadership abilities and professional success.
The EQ 360: Leadership Report compares the individuals' views of themselves with observations from others. It provides a full 360-degree perspective on the individuals' emotional intelligence profile and their leadership abilities. The Leadership EQ 360 Report combines the features of the EQ 360 and EQ-i 2.0 Leadership reports.
