Linda Marshall is a speaker at the upcoming Annual International Women's Day Event, brought to you by Red Shawl Women's Community Organization on March 7, 2020, in Brampton. The goal of this event is to help young career women become comfortable with the pursuit of influence and power by learning to leverage their emotional intelligence and use their inner strength to claim their seat at the table. Strong women at the table broaden perceptions and bring positive change to the workplace, boardroom, and governments across the board, which builds gender equality in the workplace and communities.
Red Shawl aims to empower women through effective leadership skills to achieve growth and success in personal and professional life. An annual leadership luncheon is organized to advance education that focuses on themes and topics relating to women’s advancement as entrepreneurs, professionals, volunteers and homemakers.
